*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications from grofully.com are to be used as guidance only. grofully.com does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All grofully.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to the carrier.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS

Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order may experience processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with carriers.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 1 -12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also track your order  here. 

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery, please check the  pageIt has the most up to date shipping information. If you have any other issues. Please feel free to with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

 

Ground and Expedited Methods does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here.


We don't ship to APO/FPO and PO Box.

 

FREE SHIPPING

 

Grofully.com offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states on any order over $60.

 

Shipping to other countries will be charged standard shipping rates.

 

Return Policy

 

We do not accept returns. This is due in part to the nature of the products and the fact that we cannot and will not reuse them if they are returned to us. But if you're not happy with the product, or you didn't get what you expected, we're happy to help and will do all we can to make things right. Just shoot us a note and let us know!

Please allow us 72 hours to process your refunds. Your refund may take anywhere from ten to thirty days to post to your payment method, depending on the payment method used.
